We can arrange comfortable accommodation & a perfect little Tea Party package for romantic couples, friends, girlfriends, family or small groups. Enjoy High Tea & fine fare in stylish fashion on your private balcony or on our outdoor covered deck while you chat & take in the beautiful views. Teas parties are by arrangement.

$50 p/p for visitors ( bookings essential subject to availability).
Relax, romance
or simply socialise with family & friends on our covered outdoor
deck overlooking picturesque gardens, tall timbered forest &
beautiful rolling hills of the breathtaking Obi Obi Valley.
We'll stoke up the outdoor pot belly in winter for warmth
& ambiance. Or serve refreshing cold drinks in summer.

* All of the inclusions for a staying guests high tea with the exception of being served in your unit or on a unit deck.
* Additional inclusions:
* Private use of outdoor covered area with beautiful
garden surrounds
* Use of giant outdoor chess board
* Buffet style High Tea
* Personalised menus to celebrate the special occasion.
* Selection of CD's to play for your enjoyment ( OR BYO your own portable music system ).

Bookings essential. 50% Deposit with full payment 7 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy for High Teas: Non Refundable deposit within 7 days of booked date.
Amendment: may be changed to an alternative date with minimum 8 days notice of original booked date.
An amendment fee of $100 applies
