1 to 7 nights: full payment in advance required. |

8 days or more: 50% of the total amount, balance payable 32 days prior to check-in |

FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (such as weddings, retreats, functions ) where all 4 units are required please contact us about our booking terms & conditions as they differ from standard bookings.

Your booking is secure upon full payment. Cancellation or amendments to a booking incur a fee. |

Up to 32 days prior to booked check-in date: 50% of total booking fee non-refundable. |

Less than 31 days prior to booked check-in: 100% of total booking non-refundable. |

No Refund for cancelled or shortened stays after check-in. |

No Refund or amendments on 1 Night stays or peak periods (long weekends, Easter, Christmas)

We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date, fees apply as below. |
