Rates - Mapleton Falls Accommodation

Rates are in $AUD & GST Inclusive
All rooms & rates are subject to availability & change without notice.
Rates vary depending upon number of guests, number of apartments & length of stay.
1 Bedroom Apartments: Sleeps 3 or 4 guests + portable cot. Rate based on up to 3 guests.
2 Bedroom Apartments: Sleeps 5 - 6 guests + portable cot. Rate based on up to 5 guests.
4 Apartments - As Mapleton Falls Manor - As all 4 Apartments: Sleeps up to 20 guests.
Rate for all 4 apartments is based on 12 guests in existing beds.
Extra Guest/s:
$50 p/p p/n ( over 12 months of age) Infants under 12 months $25 p/n.
Extra Beds: Fold down lounge, portable cots included in the nightly extra person rate
Bed Reconfiguration: $50 one off fee for bed reconfiguration (eg 2 x singles to a king )

Mapleton Falls Farmstay:
Sleeps up to 8 guests. Rate based on 6 guests includes linen ( no towels).
$500 Bond.

The following conditions apply to all bookings made with Mapleton Falls Accommodation. Rates, Availability, Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice unless a booking is secured or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Acceptance of these terms & conditions is a requirement of making a booking. Third Party Booking terms may vary; please refer to your original booking source for terms & conditions Insurance: We recommend guests arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Individual Apartment/s
For 1 - 7 Night Stays: Full payment in advance
For 8 or more Nights Stay: 50% Deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in date.

Group Booking All 4 Apartments
For 1 - 2 Night Stays: Full payment in advance
For 3 or more Nights Stay: 50% Deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in date.
Bond: for group bookings of 2 or more apartments: $500 Bond required 7 days prior to check-in, as a direct bank deposit into our nominated account ( refer to our bank details below).

Failure to comply with Terms & Conditions may result in deductions from security deposit or cancellation of a booking..
Security deposit will be administered, processed & accounted for & any balance released will be returned to the guests bank account provided as soon as possible following departure.

Rates: All Rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Extra Items:
Any items additional to accommodation packages (such as hampers, massage, high teas, observatory, transfers, caterers etc) are by arrangement with Mapleton Falls Accommodation, costs & conditions vary on an individual service basis.
Please provide adequate notice if requiring extra items so that we are best able to meet your needs. Extra items may require payment at time of booking depending upon item or type of service.

Check-In & Check-Out Check-in
2pm Check-out: 10am unless otherwise stated on your booking. Early check-in or later check-out are subject to availability & may incur an additional fee.
ETA Important Note
Please provide us with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) as we may need to arrange travel to meet you at accommodation for apartment access, guest registration & to offer any assistance.

Cancellation & Changes Policy We recommend guests arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Bookings may be cancelled 61 days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival with your deposit returned less a $100 per apartment cancellation fee.
If you fail to cancel your booking 61 days or more prior to your arrival, a charge of 50% of the accommodation total will be incurred or a pro-rata amount if the apartment/s can be successfully re-booked. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival, a charge of 100% of the accommodation total will be incurred or a pro-rata amount if the apartment/s can be successfully re-booked.
For bookings made via third party booking agents, please contact your original booking source for individual cancellation policies - No refund on cancelled or shortened stays after check-in, discounted stays, vouchers, specials or 1 night stays.
Changes to booking dates
Changes to booking dates may be possible with 61 days notice, subject to terms of original booking, availability for new dates &/ or re-letting of original booked dates. New check-in date must occur within 90 days of original booked date.
Amendment fee of $100 per apartment applies for each change. Changes are subject to availability & minimum night stay requirements.

Pet Stays:We welcome pets on an individual basis & strictly by prior arrangement.
Please call us about your pet prior to booking & also read our Pet Stay Conditions.
A one-off pet stay fee applies p/pet.

All registered guests and non-registered guests (visitors) must adhere to house rules as set out below without exception. The person making the booking & or the registered guest/s are responsible for the orderly conduct of all their visitors. Noise and Conduct Mapleton Falls Accommodation is not a "party house". All registered guests and visitors must adhere to the noise and conduct guidelines set out below without exception. The person/s making the booking and/or the registered guest/s are responsible for the orderly conduct of all their guests & their visitors.

Should Mapleton Falls Accommodation believe the conduct of the registered guest/s and their visitor/s may affect the smooth running of the business, security or reputation, it reserves the right to terminate their stay and require the registered guest/s and their visitor/s to remove their belongings and vacate the premises with immediate effect & without refund. Please always be considerate of the peace & comfort of all staying guests & neighbours.

Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am Community BBQ area not for use between 9.30pm - 8am Only the registered number of guests are permitted to stay on the property after 7pm Property facilities are for use of registered staying guests only unless by prior arrangement with Mapleton Falls Accommodation Offensive noise or behaviour is prohibited.

1 vehicle parking space per apartment. Other vehicles must ensure ease of access with minimum disturbance to other residents or neighbouring properties. Keep the premises and grounds clean and tidy

*Guests must dispose of garbage & recycling in allocated bins & must not leave excess rubbish on property or in common areas Any breakages or damage must be reported to management as soon as possible.

NO SMOKING in apartments or on apartment decks Smoking is permitted in garden areas away from apartments.

Events, Functions, Parties, Ceremonies, Weddings, Small Group Get-togethers, Retreats Strictly ‘no party policy’ unless by written prior arrangement with Mapleton Falls Accommodation. The number of registered guests & visitors on our property is capped. With exemptions to service personal entering the premises for short periods. We are happy to assist larger groups with alternative suggestions.

Mapleton Falls Accommodation occasionally allows small get-togethers *Subject to approval, additional fees and conditions apply.

Damage, Breakages, Faults, Theft, Loss of items Please report to management any faults, accidental breakages or damage, or if you notice any cleaning or maintenance that needs attention during your stay, so that we are able to arrange repair or replacement as soon as possible.

It is a requirement that guests agree to leave their apartment in a reasonably clean state upon departure & as displayed on the departure checklist in each apartment. Any additional cleaning, accidental breakages, damage, theft or loss of items caused by the guest/s or their visitor/s to Mapleton Falls Accommodation property or fittings during the stay is the financial responsibility of the registered guest/s and will be charged to the registered guest accordingly as stated in the guest registration form.

*Additional cleaning charges will apply if Mapleton Falls Accommodation deems the premises and grounds have not been left in a reasonable state of cleanliness upon departure. Mapleton Falls Accommodation does not accept responsibility for the damage and safe keeping of any goods or personal property brought onto the premises, including in the car park, before, during or after the stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to arrange adequate insurance to cover such items.
